Fabricators
Once the designs are finalized, our fabricators transform raw materials into the needed components. Using advanced equipment they cut, bend, machine, and form steel to precise tolerances, ensuring every piece meets specifications. Their attention to detail is necessary to build a world-class EASI REDI-Mix Truck that delivers lasting durability and dependable performance.
Welders
Our AWS D 1.1 qualified welders bring each fabricated component together with skillful and precise welding to create strong, reliable assemblies that stand up to demanding jobsite conditions. The structural integrity, safety, and long-term performance for every EASI REDI-Mix Truck is supported one weld at a time.
Painters
After fabrication and welding are complete, our painters go on to turn the raw steel components into colorful pieces of art. Through careful surface preparation and high-quality coatings, they protect every component from corrosion while creating a clean, professional appearance to support the end user’s brand.
Assemblers
With every component complete, our assemblers piece together the puzzle. They carefully install and integrate each part, ensuring it fits and functions exactly as intended. In the end, they churn out a fully operational EASI REDI-Mix Truck that's ready to perform from day one.
Project Management
Throughout every stage of production, our project management team keeps each build moving forward. They coordinate communication between departments, manage schedules, monitor quality, and ensure every milestone is met on time.
